Our Commitment

At ParthPrints, every product is printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we carefully review each order before production begins. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we'll work with you to make it right if something goes wrong.

Eligibility for a Refund

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item does not fit the vehicle it was designed for (fitment issue)
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the order has been placed
  • Incorrect vehicle information provided at the time of order
  • Minor color variations due to monitor display differences
  • Normal wear and tear after use

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us through the Contact page.

Please include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacements

In many cases, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are printed and shipped within the same timeframe as a new order.
